PHX3d is a local forum dedicated to design research through the investigation of material behavior, physical prototyping, computational methods as well as the atmospheric qualities afforded by these strategies. PHX3d is committed to employing new technologies such as 3d printers, laser cutters and cnc systems to capitalize on their potential to inform the design making processes of our local environment, architecture and consumer products.
